Loose weight without exercise....How?

Ok actually I know most of us don’t like exercise and we all are looking for a way to slim down, especially with this pandemic going on and the lockdown most of us are gaining a lot of weight and still don’t want to exercise......hmmm😂

So I’m going to run down my number one detox I take during this period that helps me loose belly fat and also some of my body fat!!!

So let’s get down to it

Ingredients;

Lemon

Ginger

Garlic

Lemon Grass ( if you have provision for that)

Process;

Cut your lemon into two, peel your ginger and garlic and also wash your lemon grass...

Get a kettle add 3 cups of water and add the ingredients in the kettle and boil for 5 -10 minutes till you start smelling the lemon...

Keep to cool and drink this early in the morning before eating anything ...this detox works for well that you immediately start sweating when you’re done😍...sick right💥💥

Trust me this short and easy detox is very effective but mind you exercise is very important too to keep you in shape..💪🏿
