Now I understand why COVID-19 pandemic spread keep on increasing in some states of the federation. Why can't federal government adopt the strategies use by Kogi, Cross River states government in order to spend less and further stop panic buying in Nigeria.

And finally, why is Kogi, Cross River states people are resistance to COVID-19 in Nigeria?.

Do you notice that #NCDC has change tactics towards releasing their daily lives scores in the night when Nigerians are deeply asleep just to avoid media protest!.
