Governor Yahaya Bello Double voters card registration is an act of criminal offence, but under the 1999 Constitution, someone with immunity can't be tried of criminal offence.

When the alleged double registration took place, Gov Yahaya Bello was in far a way Dubai and he had said repeatedly that he was never involved in the double registration except his ghost.

The alleged double registration was an offence committed against INEC and not Natasha Akpoti. Natasha lacks the locus standi to institute legal actions against Gov Yahaya Bello in the first place.

The High Court Natasha H Akpoti in her desperation ran to can never grant the prayers of Natasha on hearsays. There has never been a proven case yet against Alh Yahaya Bello.

A governor with immunity can be investigated of criminal acts but he can't be prosecuted. Gov Yahaya Bello had asked INEC severally to come forward with evidences of his alleged double registration and up till this moment, INEC is unable to provide one.

I can conveniently tell you that Natasha's case aimed at disqualifying Gov Yahaya Bello from contesting the November 16th governorship election is an academic exercise.
